By accessing or using the WestCoast Automation Solutions website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
WestCoast Automation Solutions ("WestCoast," "we," "our") provides business automation services including but not limited to: automated call answering and routing, lead follow-up sequences, email response handling, search engine optimization, content creation, social media management, Google Business Profile optimization, advertising management, review collection, and performance reporting. Services are configured and maintained by WestCoast on behalf of the client ("you," "your").
You agree to:
All automation systems, code, workflows, and configurations developed by WestCoast remain the intellectual property of WestCoast Automation Solutions. You retain full ownership of your business data, customer information, content created on your behalf, and any data processed through our systems.
In the course of providing services, WestCoast may process business data including customer contact information, call records, email content, and lead data. All data processing is performed solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted services. See our Privacy Policy for complete details on data handling practices.
WestCoast strives to maintain high availability of all automation systems. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible. While we aim for continuous uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for temporary outages due to maintenance, third-party service issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Services are billed on a monthly basis. A one-time setup fee may apply depending on the selected plan. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. You may cancel your subscription with 30 days' written notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WestCoast Automation Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, WestCoast will:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ventura County, California.
